Prior to Teacher’s Day, MOHRSS (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China) and MOE (Ministry of Education) decided to honor advanced collectives and individuals in national education system in order to further enhance the sense of honor and responsibility.
Prof. AN Hong of our School won the ‘Model Teacher in Anhui’ award. AN hong is a key member in Research Group on Computer System Ability Training, a member in National High-performance Computing Committee, and a member of Computer Architecture Committee of China Computer Federation. In vanguard of CA (Computer Architecture) field, Prof. AN and her group conducted a series of reformation in education, ranging from the reformation in computer elite class to cultivation of interdisciplinary talents in high-performance computing.
